Hanze (HMR)
- Affordability: Establishing a volunteer-run "Mensa" that offers low-cost or free meals. Free fruit for students and a book lending fund to allow students to borrow books for a limited time.
- Reorganisation and workload: Students and teachers must have the final say on measures taken as a result of the reorganisation.
- Lecture recordings: All lectures must be recorded and made available via Brightspace.
- Planning and timetables: An annual course plan and draft timetable at the start of the year and the ability to securely export timetables to private calendars.
- Internships and growth: A decent internship allowance and measures to prevent internship exploitation and discrimination. A study block of 15 EC for voluntary work or board years.
- Green and clean campus: More trash cans along walking routes, deposit machines in all buildings, and an environmentally friendly smoking policy.
- Study spots: Reserving study spaces in all Hanze buildings, and more third places for students in the city centre.
- Integration and inclusion: A buddy system and targeted support for international students.
- No Big Tech: Replace Microsoft with European open-source alternatives. For a more open IT infrastructure, where students can build their own study tools.
- Against militarisation: No influence or recruitment tactics by the Ministry of Defense in our education system. End all partnerships with institutions and companies that contribute to human rights violations.

- Stop erosion of the Research Master: Retain specific assessment methods, research assistantships, and grants for non-EU students.
- Invest in educational quality: Budget cuts must not impact libraries, thesis supervision, lecturer well-being, or a diverse (non-Western) curriculum.
- Critical of militarization: Full transparency on defense collaborations and avoiding partnerships that contribute to conflict or oppression.

Faculty of Arts

- Career and progression: Clear Master’s guidance, better transition to the job market, and active promotion of internships.
Faculty of Law
- Lecture recordings: A generic rule that works for everyone. Recieving recordings two weeks prior tot the exam is not enough for everyone. Since we also value attending lectures in person, we support recieving the lecture recordings latest a week after the lecture.
- Compensating the loss of a lectures in week 7: Although the study week before the exams is nice, we don’t accept paying more money for less material. Short online explainer videos which can be used multiple years should be devoloped to make up for the loss of a whole week of teaching.
- Encouraging non-western perspectives: Courses concerning an international law context are mainly centered around western worldviews and legal systems. We advocate for getting in touch with more non-western sources for research and more attention for in the curriculum for non-westers legals systems and history.
