Whether you are a graduate alumnus who looks back on your student days with a smile or a committed parent, the Friends of the GSb (Stichting Groninger Studenten) invite you to become part of our community.
In addition to representing the interests of students, the GSb also helps to improve education and the living environment in Groningen. What can you expect from the VvGSb and what benefits do you enjoy as a donor?
- The GSb is always there for friends too! Come by for a cup of hot cocoa or call us for all your questions about current affairs in the student world.
- Your contribution finances projects and activities that improve student life and education in Groningen..
- You help make it possible for the Legal Helpdesk to continue assisting students free of charge with problems involving DUO or educational institutions.
- Thanks to your support, we can continue to print and distribute the paper edition of the independent magazine Nait Soez’n.
- Our website is the go-to source for information about developments in the student world.

You can become a friend for as little as €10 per year! Your donation will be automatically renewed each year. Would you prefer to make a one-time donation? Click here. Yes, I want to become a donor to the VvGSb!
The Friends of the GSb (Stichting Groninger Studenten) hopes to obtain ANBI status (Public Benefit Organization) soon. This means that we are committed to the public interest and do not pursue profit. Under certain conditions, donations to an ANBI are deductible from Dutch income tax. The Dutch tax office distinguishes between private donations and donations made by companies. For more information, see: belastingdienst.nl/giften.
